2. Scope of Administrative Services Our services are purely administrative and coordination-based. Services provided include:

• Permit application preparation, electronic submission, and status monitoring.

• Collection and organization of client-supplied documentation.

• Administrative communication with governmental agencies, including resubmittals and inspection coordination.

• Tracking permit milestones and delivering updates.

3. Express Exclusions (What We Do Not Do) Unless explicitly agreed upon in a written SOW, Sun Kid Solutions LLC does not provide:

• Legal advice, legal representation, or statutory interpretations.

• Architectural, engineering, structural design, surveying, or professional design services.

• Code opinions, plan certifications, or actual construction services.

• Guarantees of permit approval or government turnaround times.

Clients must engage licensed professionals for any required architectural, engineering, or legal work.

4. Client Obligations To allow us to perform our services effectively, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and timely information, plans, drawings, and signatures.

• Maintaining all professional credentials and licenses required for your work.

• Paying all governmental, plan-review, inspection, and recording fees directly unless included in an SOW.

• Complying with all local, state, and federal legal and building code requirements.

We are entitled to rely fully on the accuracy of all information provided by you or third parties on your behalf.

5. Government Decisions & Disclaimers

• No Approval Guarantee: Governmental agencies hold sole authority over permit approvals, denials, review times, and inspections. Sun Kid Solutions LLC does not guarantee that any permit or authorization will be approved or issued within a specific timeframe.

• Estimated Timelines: Any timeframes discussed are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by agency backlogs, staffing shortages, system outages, or changing municipal requirements.

• Client Delays: Delays resulting from missing documents, slow response times, or unpaid agency fees will extend project timelines.

6. Fees, Payment, & Scope Changes

• Payment Terms: Fees and payment schedules are set forth in each SOW.

• Late Payments: Unpaid balances may incur late fees or interest as permitted by law, and we reserve the right to suspend work until accounts are current.

• Change Orders: Work requested outside the agreed SOW scope (e.g., repeated revisions, extra resubmittals, or scope changes) will be billed as additional services, with notice provided where practicable.

7. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

• Client Data: You retain ownership of all documents, plans, and materials you supply.

• Company Property: Sun Kid Solutions LLC retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, forms, templates, workflows, systems, and administrative processes.

• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to protect non-public project and business information, excluding publicly available information or disclosures required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification To the maximum extent allowed by law:

• Sun Kid Solutions LLC is not liable for governmental decisions, third-party actions, client-provided errors, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, widespread system outages).

• Liability caps and specific indemnification terms shall follow the applicable SOW and Florida law.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
